Ok.
Maybe ada or ramai yang dah tahu. But as for me..saya baru je mengetahui perkara ini.

Perihal penama EPF anda.

Contoh situasi.

Si A dan Si B merupakan pasangan bahagia dan mempunyai 4 orang anak.
Along the way entah mana silapnya, jodoh tak panjang maka perceraian jalan penyelesaian.
Semua aspek diambil kira.
Hak penjagaan anak2.
Expenses anak2.
Rumah.
Kereta.
Harta sepencarian.

but... what about penama EPF?
korang tau ke apa function penama EPF tu?

Hanya sekadar penama ye. bukan hak si penama yang korang namakan itu.

Macam dalam kes ni.. nak jadi cerita... B passed away. Penama EPF dia nama anak2 dia. Anak2 pulak masih below 18 years old.. secara automatic, A akan menjadi guardian terhadap the kids. Sekaligus memberikan hak kepada A untuk mengeluarkan wang EPF tersebut atas alasan kebajikan/pendidikan anak2 ini tadi.

Persoalannya....
Tersalur ke saluran yang betul as per stated kah wang itu?

Solutionnya?
Kalau korang berada dalam situasi tersebut diatas, di nasihatkan korang bawak seorang yang korang trust for example abang/kakak/ibu/bapa you all ke EPF and named them as the guardian officially.
(especially if you are not in good term with your ex and also you know his/her condition yang tak mungkin akan menolong masa depan anak2 korang)
Lepas tu, adalah lebih kukuh disertakan dengan wasiat. also a copy to EPF. pembahagian, penggunaan. EVERYTHING.

i am not writing this dengan niat nak menghentam sesiapa.
niat saya cume satu.

nak mempertahankan hak yang berhak.

I know I know... No flashing back 2011 entry or welcoming 2012 entry.
Sangat pathetic ini ayuthesun.

Actually I don't know what to write. I don't even know what to jot down...
Skill (konon skill) menulis adalah sudah pudar (I think gone).
Sobs sobs....

But, I seriusly have a lot to jot down. During the day, all the ideas mencurah curah like nobody's business. But by the time sampai rumah, I'm all tired and went blanked.
Bila bangun je tido, rasa macam sesal je tak sempat nak blog.
Gosh! I got no life already....
Super sedih!

But anyways.... Life kena go on.
I still want to maintain and write in this blog....
I hope I'll be having the mojo to continue writing here.. Aminnn...

And also 2012....
I have a lot of hopes and ambitions for this year... A LOT....

overall on steaks - me don't likey.

steak is somehow is an expensive food.
why?
because of the quality of the meat, the way its cooked with a little ingredients to taste but still brings out the best of the meat itself. the juice, the structure of the meat.

i am quite disappointed masa merasa all this.
from the reviews and etcs, i am indeed expecting more.

but maybe itu nasib saya.
and also maybe itu tekak kami.
lain orang kan, lain taste buds.

UEM Academy, PJ... kami sekeluarga adalah di arahkan oleh princess kesayangan kami untuk berpakaian serba putih...

bigD adalah memakai jacket ye..
siap verify. hehehe..

all of us were here for lilD's kindy graduation and concert...
concert dimana dia menjadi Snow White...
hehe

tu la sebab si kecik tu suruh semua orang pakai baju putih.

macam biasa.. kami awal. aternya, bawak main lead kata... dia kena la awal nak bersiap segala..
itu yang Ayu melepak berborak dengan bigD sikit punya lama tu...

so pum pam pum pam... they start the concert dengan graduation dulu...

concept dia.. sama macam abang dia graduate dulu.. the parents yang bagi kan scroll..
i like this concept.

so budak2 tak malu segan because they received the scroll from their parents.

selesai graduation tu.. dernag pusing belakang tukar baju... while kami tengok lah persembahan cilik2 yang lain...

Kalau sebut je ikan bakar bellamey mesti semua teringat yang dekat belakang Istana Negara tu kan?
Memang famous... i've been drolling mendengar cerita orang since zaman my sis keje dok bercerita dia lunch situ.. sampai zaman i sendiri keje and lepak lunch with colleagues kat situ sampai la zaman blogging lak habis semua yang pergi makan situ sure buat review panas berpeluh sedap meletop.
hehe.

so anyways... hasil dari kejutan mandi budak oct lepas... mak merah keluarkan arahan cari tarikh yang semua orang free sebab dia nak belanja kami yang mengomplot ni makan.
boleh?
asal org surprise kan dia je.. dia belanja makan.
sabar je lah mak merah ni.
suka balas2 tau.... isk.

so kami pun bbm... dm... twit.. email.. fb.. semua apa yang boleh lah nak setting tarikh yang sesuai.. and percaya atau tidak.. drag sampai sebulan ok... sebulan selepas tarikh arahan keluar baru ada tarikh yang ngam soi with everyone.
(sama dengan kes nak buat surprise tu dulu... planning nya ya hampun berbulan)

ini pun Red Family x complete sebab abang pergi summer camp..

Ayu memang tak tau apa lah.. saya tukang kumpul cari tarikh je.. Rose settle venue... Kak Liza tukang order awal segala.. Kak red tukang bayar and yang lain datang ngap ngap je.. rezeki jangan ditolak oii.. :D
Alhamdulillah.. moga makin bertambah rezeki Kak Red.. amin...

BBQ Dinner @ Zoo Negara

Cuba cerita dah berapa lama korang tak pergi Zoo?

me myself..adalah dah bertahun ok.. fakta sedih nya adalah.. last Ayu sendiri masuk Zoo adalah masa umur 7 tahun. sobs. i'm such a bad citizen... i know....

and i think kerana menyedari faktor rakyat Malaysia sendiri amat kurang melawat Zoo Negara sendiri, macam2 kepelbagaian yang telah pihak Zoo Negara buat.

Dapat makan... dapat tengok show... and it's every Saturday...

Nice timing for family dinner and such.

Setup yang sangat menarik... macam terlupa kejap yang we're actually in the Zoo!!!
and ayu puji menagament Zoo Negara yang came out with this idea... i think it's a brilliant idea.. siang orang datang macam biasa... malam pun ada activity lain...

bila ada variety, barulah ramai yang teruja kan?

eh melalut lak... meh kita tengok setup makanan dia pulak...

OK. Now details of this BBQ Dinner.. (details tu harga lah ye.. :P )

Harga untuk adults adalah RM 85 sekepala.
harga ni termasuk entrance fee and segala bagai activiti yang dalam range BBQ Dinner @ Zoo. Means, kalau ada show ke.. ada apa ker.. semuanya sekali harung.

Untuk kids pulak... hanya digalakkan untuk berumur 3 tahun ke atas.. yelah, dalam hutan kan memalam tu.. so untuk kanak2 yang berumur 3 hingga 12 tahun, separuh harga.. which is RM 42.50 sekepala.
T&C sama macam adults..

So, untuk musim cuti sekolah ni.. kalau ada yang tak tau nak bawak anak2 and family berjalan.. come and have fun while dining in the Zoo..

ada special additional activity tau..

selepas makan, kalau ada yang nak layan ride Zoo by Night, pun boleh.. Harga untuk adults hanya additional RM 25 sekepala and RM 12.50 sekepala untuk kanak2 yang berumur 3-12 tahun.

orang lama tak keluar tengok dunia luar macam ni lah. rumah-office-rumah-office... jadi bila ada picture baru dalam cam rasa macam teruja lah nak update..walaupun its the same story - my own birthday - pffttt

so anyways, lepas breakfast tu... my mom cakap she wants to belanja me and us all for lunch. on her. she even invited my friend and his mom as well...

buffet spread dia both kuah sup and tomyam, semua steamboat items, ada ice cream, buah2an, kuih muih, nasi goreng and cordial drink.

complete set lah.
makan la kat situ sampai lebam.

so we did makan sampai kenyang.
memang makan steamboat ni cepat kenyang.... tapi cepat gak lapar...

but we got nothing to rush...and semua pun dah zohor sesiap...
so we all makan dalam keadaan yang sangat santai...
lepak makan borak tambah dan tambah dan tambah...

semua selesai makan... part memalukan saya pun bermula...

sedap melampau both. the marble cheese cake kali ni bancuhan dia terbaik... tak muak lemak2 nice... siap crust dia pun terbaik lah... and the chocolate orange.. it's dark choc..

and i'm a dark choc fan.. need me to say more ker?? tak yah lah eh.. *blow fingernails*

i planned from the night before to buy my family a McD breakfast. hahaha

hampeh kan? bukan nak masak for the family.. eleh..niatnya sama apa.... bagi makan keluarga..

so dah kemas rumah replenish air masak kemas dapur segala...

berasal baking seronok2 bawak datang office, pergi rumah member ... last2 sikit2 orang mula order.
but dia concentrate buat ini sahaja...

Evolusinya:

masa time skolah - jumpa almost hari2 almost setiap masa.

masa time uni - jumpa sekali sekala especially dengan saya yang uni (pada waktu tu) cuti tak sama dengan orang.

masa time keje - saya seorang je sepelaung tercampak di ibu kota.

masalahnya? - saya yang pelik pada orang. haha.

so apa kena mengena mukaddimah tu?

saja nak cakap.. no matter how time flies.. no matter how things changes, kalau kita dah fix whose supposed to be with us dearly to our hearts... it will always be.

it is our choice.

i choose to keep my babes always and forever.

i choose to always pray for their happiness even i'm not in the picture.

i choose to always think positively about them, about their act and their decision in life. thus, i will always support them no matter what.

so anyways, due to work commitment and etc... we plan to visit one of our dear babes yang dah berhijrah 100% to Muar...

alangkan yang susuk KL-PJ ni pun banyak sangat conflict nak berjumpa.. imagine yang Muar.

yes, discussion... messages... drama... semua ada untuk this mission to happened.

but i love it.

hehe.

saya diantara yang belum berkahwin dan belum mempunyai anak sendiri.

majority of us sudah go through all the phases.

so bila berdiskusi about hadiah... all the mothers started to bercekau (ini cara kami bermesra mind you) on practicality lah.. on apa yang best.. on apa yang patut adalah etc etc etc..

maka saya dengan penuh hormat mengundur diri.

bukan tak nak share bagi hadiah.. but considering time, money and etc.. biarlah i beli my own pressie. well atleast merasa la our dear Shida dapat banyak sikit gifts. kan?

pom pam pom pam.. my babe kat Australia nun nak share sama.. so i offered. she said OK.

i end up with this...

ada 4 items from both of us:

1. comforter set

2. diapering kit

3. socks

4. blankets

all these boleh la nak pakai sampai atleast baby 3 months and some sampai one year kot.. insyaAllah.. yang diapering kit tu, to compliment hadiah derang yang lain.. which is a stroller. so, tak yah nak bawak diaper bag merata teruk sangat.. diapering kit ni leh sangkut kat stroller je and on the go.. hehe..

next, is to kumpul idea nak menggubah.

surprisingly, it took me only half an hour to came out with this..

i love it!
(perasan, i know)

a simple do... but i'm happy that everything falls nicely in place.
well at least di mata i.
hehe.

so now menunggu masa je nak gerak to Muar. we planned it to be on the 29th Oct.
berdebar... seronok.. excited.. semua ada...
like my case.... i ajak mom pergi sekali.. and since kami sekeluarga tak dapat menghadirkan diri during Shida's wedding, mom was so excited to tag along.
jadinya, staying over night is definitely out of question for me.
so, i bukak mulut and ajak my friend and his mom kalau2 they're free for a day trip to Muar. Just a nice cruising no rushing trip.
and yes, he said yes.
Alhamdulillah.

mom ada kawan so dia tak la bosan sangat.
dapat bawak aunty jalan2 as well.
and me ada driver. (ok selfish.. fine)

we all gerak from PJ around 8 la jugak...
and to my surprise we reached R&R Seremban at around 8:45..
tak la laju pun....
pelik tapi benar.. sebab masa my teambuilding tu.. bukan main berejam baru sampai ok.... maybe sebab hujan lebat and jam and ada accident kot...

stopped to have breakfast and mothers to take their after meal med.
:)

roti bakar ada.. mihun soup ada.. nasi lemak ada.. pau ada.. telur separuh masak ada..
bukan sorang satu... makan main rotate2..
hehe..

musim2 hujung2 tahun ni.. bukan main ramai lagi manusia yang travel ye..
punya lah penuh sampai ayu dah susah hati takut tak de tempat duduk..
but wonders and miracle having mothers around with you.. baru je selangkah dua dah ada yang bangun..
tempat selesa, alhamdulillah...

so we all slow driev balik to Muar.
days before habis merata ayu dah memekak pasal road in Muar etc.. kalau belah utara i macho la.. ni selatan..
alhamdulillah ramai yang menolong.. tq korang!!! (you know who you are)

so keluar je meneruskan perjalanan.. so Eton text..
"we all dah sampai R&R Seremban..meh la breakfast sekali.. ko dah kat mana tu?"
aiseymaaannnnnn.... terlepas few minutes...
tak pe.. kita setting jumpa kat gerai mee bandung..

makanya mencari lah kami gerai mee bandung central depan sekolah sains Muar..
hot spots katanya...
jom!

kat board atas gerai tulis Mee Bandung Central tapi lam gerai tulis ni.

belasah ajer lah

sampai je kat sini.. the mothers tak concentrate langsung on the gerai.. apatah lagi the menu..

wanna know why???

memang memanggil manggil untuk di ambik...

issues here:
1. nak mintak permission siapa?
2. biar betul mak2 ni kan?????????
3. kalau dapat permission, siapa bakal menjadi mangsa untuk mengaitnya? (jeling sikit kat my friend)

so after berjaya menenangkan mereka and berjaya makes them focus dengan makanan... we asked for mee bandung.
eh sekali katanya.. ni baru 11:45.. still menu breakfast which is mee rebus, soto etcs.
mee bandung pukul 12 baru mula...

the mothers got excited about the mee rebus. they ordered one each for them. and us? melangut je lah tunggu mee bandung. bukan lama sangat pun..

sedap ok..
bau dia masa sampai tu je dah meleleh dibuatnya....
tapi paling mencengkam jiwa bila both mothers buat muka sedap slrrppp slrrrppp..
stress stress!!!

so me & my friend ordered one and share.
hahah.
dengan mak pun leh tercabar.

sesambil tu... Mas sefamily & Eton ring me up tanya direction etcs.
tak lama lepas tu derand join sekali and its time for mee bandung.. yay!

si Farezah katanya terlepas exit and decided to go straight to Shida's.
yang penting.. semua dah ada di bumi Muar..
so excited!

sedap mmg sedap... but i think manis sikit.. i prefer dia pedas sikit..

but who cares.. its sedap..pekat likat meletops...

so dengan penuh yakin dan berhemah.. kita bukak mulut to the orang gerai..

"eh tak payah beli.. kalau nak, amik je.. tuan dia memang bagi sesiapa pun nak amik.."

believe me.. muka mak mak berkenaan sangat bercahay at this point...

so next.. takkan nak mintak plastic bagai kan.. think think..

sekali my mom bawak kuar plastic from her handbag and serah to my friend...

BINGO!

and i think it will took years before my friend would agree for another Muar trip.

Every year without fail, my mom will definitely received invite from her old colleague, Uncle S for Deepavali. Every single year. Not only because we got the invite, but honestly.. we look forward for Deepavali just to visit Uncle S and his family too...

Kalau last year only me & my mom je yang sempat menghadirkan diri, but this year, sis sefamily pun sempat tag along.

Makanan macam tahun2 sebelumnya dijamin bersih, halal dan sedap melampau!!!!!!!!!

Isk.. nasib baik la sedar diri.. and nasib baik jugak Indian food kurang pakai santan... tahap saya meratah tu ... eiiii.....
terasa lagi kesedapannya... nyum nyum..

sehingga menjilat jari berkali kali.. OMG tak malu sungguh...

while we, the adults busy indulging our foods.. my bothDs were entertained by Uncle S's daughter in law. heheh.. boleh lah mama papa dernag makan dengan penuh ketenangan. sekian.

I've known Uncle S since small..
dia ni dulu kalau datang makan kat my house.. stock masuk dapur amik from stove. hahahaha

contoh.. kalau arwah nenek masak sambal tumis udang.. dia akan suruh we all pindahkan all from kuali to dalam bekas. Then, dia akan letak nasi putih dalam kuali bekas sambal tu and gaul everything. Lepas tu baru dia letak dalam pinggan and makan.

Usually, people will wake up beautifully on a Friday morning....
Because its TGIF... Its FLYday.. And just because the weekend is here... :)

But this morning.. I woke up sobbing with swollen red eyes.
Had a very bad dream.
:(

Not a nightmare....
No one passed away...

I guess dreaming being scolded, insulted and screamed at are worst than anything else. Especially if all the above done by someone very dear to you.

I'm not sure how my Friday will be today.
Had a soppy start, of course.
I felt so gloomy and triple sensitive.

I feel the pain and hurt.
I don't mind the scolding part...
But the insult...
It hurts badly.

I know its just a dream.
But as if its real.

Ya Allah... As you knows best..
Please protect me and guide me through.
I seek forgiveness for my sins to you and to all the people around me.

LilD's Birthday

Naik pening kepala fikir nak beli apa for lilD's birthday.

She's not the type yang akan hint or cakap awal2 what she wants for her birthday.

Memang agak obvious she loves princesses and Barbie and all yang seangkatan dengannya kan? Well, just sama macam all other girls her age kan?

But, I wanted to buy something yang boleh dia ingat, not as similar as apa yang semua orang dijangka bagi.

Sendiri buat specifications.. sendiri pening kepala.

Then I remember.... the Barbie shop kat Mid Valley. Ada those packages yang dia make over jadi Barbie and all...

My friend pun setuju with the idea. Sebabnya, rasanya masa dia tengah hype nak melayan gedik ni lah best bagi dia experience buat semua ni. Kang dah besar dah busy with school and all.. tak de maknanya dia nak melayan Khalati dia benda2 macam ni.

So... the most challenging part pun bermula.

Finding time to go to Mid Valley.

Sampai sana, terus culik salah seorang SA dalam tu.
Tanya dia macam2 soalan... itu ini begitu begini... timbang tara budget, sponsor bersama and the best logical outcome yang sesuai as a birthday present... I end up with this package for lilD.

Package yang Ayu amik tu, nanti dia dapat bawak balik one mini album. Dalam tu ada 10 keping gambar dia. And also, empat berlainan jenis frames and pictures dia.
Ni semua all in with the make over.

So, I buzz sis for dates yang sesuai nak bawak si lilD ni. Kena la consider her schedule, my schedule as well. Jangan tak tau..calendar saya dah penuh sampai November ye.
haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....

So nice..date dah dapat.
And I grab something simple as well for her. Love it!

For her birthday, Ayu order chocolate moist cake and oreo cuppies from Delicious Cuppies (DC).
Ayu order ni memang teramat last minute... jenuh la pujuk rayu membodek segala.. mana taknya.. it need time kalau kita nak hantar edible image tu. And, I have to wait from my sis & BIL for the picture yang dipilih oleh si kecik tu.. Siap pulak dia nak decide pic lain last minute..
sabar je lah....

Macam bigD dulu gak.. since this is the last year lilD kat kindy... makanya marilah kita menyambutnya at her school.
Ni jugak means, tak de dah lah involvement family ayu dengan school ni. Next year, dah besar anak2 saudara saya...
sobs sobs...

rasa macam baru semalam i tell the world.. i got a nephew! i got a niece! hey.. thats my baby niece..

One day, the father of avery wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live.

They spent a couple ofdays and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family.

On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, "How was thetrip?"

"It was great, Dad."

"Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked.

"Oh yeah," said the son.

"So, tell me, what you learned from the trip?" asked the father.

The son answered:

"I saw that we have one dog and they had four.

We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have
a creek that has no end.

We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.

Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.

We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight.

We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.

We buy our food, but they grow theirs.

We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them."

The boy's father was speechless.

Then his son added, “Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are."

Isn't perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what would happen if we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what we don't have..

Yusuf Qaradawi and Applying Sharia Law
What exactly is Sharia anyhow? What do Muslims mean when they talk about applying Sharia today? Does a Shaykh addressing an Arabic-speaking audience explain it differently than a Muslim apologist talking to Americans? If so, does that matter?

Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi recently devoted an entire interview on Al Jazeera TV to this important subject. I would like to summarize what Dr. Qaradawi said, and then add a few comments. For those looking for a quick thirty-second read, I apologize. Dr. Qaradawi is a significant scholar in the Sunni Muslim world, and I want to accurately present what he said and believes.

Moderator Uthman began by quoting from the sura Talaq (Divorce), "These are the Hudud, the set limits of Allah, and anyone who transgresses them harms himself (Quran 65:1). He then posed his first set of questions. Why are people today calling for the application of Sharia? What does that mean? Are the corporal and capital punishments in Sharia relevant today? Can Sharia be applied in Western countries?

For 13 centuries, Dr. Qaradawi responded, Muslims were ruled only by Sharia which can be defined as the judgements of Allah and his Prophet as laid down in the Quran and the Sunnah (the life and teaching of Muhammad). Muftis, judges, and jurists all based their rulings on Sharia. This only changed when 19th century Imperialists entered Muslim countries and replaced Sharia with European law. Since then, Muslim reformers have been calling for the restoration of Sharia. This is to be expected, because Muslims must be governed by the laws that came down from Allah. It is only natural that people today are calling for a return to the rule of Sharia, and we are among those people.

The application of Sharia, however, must be governed by Ijtihad, or creative thought, to determine how it can be enforced today. It would not be helpful to simply take rulings from ancient texts and apply them carte blanche to modern societies. Just as theUlama, or Muslims scholars, used Ijtihad in the past to determine how to apply Sharia, scholars today must do the same. Sharia is applicable for all societies throughout all time, but the Ulama must engage in Ijtihad to determine exactly how to apply it today. Most Muslim countries today are governed by civil law. This is often compatible with Sharia, with the main difference being that Sharia incorporates the corporal and capital punishments represented by Qisas and Hudud. Qisas is the element of recompense, an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth, andHudud refers to the limits determined by Allah beyond which which physical punishment is required.

Sharia, continued Dr. Qaradawi, cannot be divided up into sections with some accepted and others rejected. If we are going to apply Sharia, we must apply it all. The controversial elements of Sharia, those of Qisas and Hudud, are contained in the final revelations of Allah to his Prophet (comment: the later suras of the Quran, in Islamic theology, are considered the most important because many of the earlier suras were abrogated or cancelled out by later revelations).

There are five rulings in the Quran that include corporal and capital punishment, including one for Qisas and four for Hudud. The text about Qisas is in Baqarah (Quran 2:178), which stipulates that a murderer is to be killed unless the family of the victim is willing to accept blood-money instead of the life of the killer.

The four rulings for Hudud are sex between unmarried people, falsely accusing women of immorality, opposing Allah and his Prophet, and theft. Sura Nur (Quran 24:2) states that unmarried people who engage in sexual activity, or Zina, are each to be flogged 100 times. The same sura (Quran 24:4) declares that men who falsely accuse chaste women of immorality are to be flogged 80 times. Sura Maidah rules that those who "wage war against Allah and his messenger and do mischief in the land" (Quran 5:33) are to have their hands and feet cut off from opposite sides. The final Quranic ruling, which is from the same chapter, states that both male and female thieves are to have their right hands amputated (Quran 5:38).

These few verses, however, represent only a small part of Sharia. There are thousands of verses in the Quran that lay out the way Allah commands people to live (comment: the literal meaning of Sharia is "the path Allah intends people to follow"). Sharia includes religious, civil, moral, cultural, and commercial rulings. It governs personal, family, national, and international relations. All of these are included under the rubric of "Sharia Law".

At this point in the interview, a viewer noted that videos splashed across Youtube and the Internet showing hands and heads flying off were giving "enemies of Islam" ammunition to attack Allah's religion. Isn't there a problem, the viewer asked, with the literal application of the Hudud of Islam?

The problem, replied Shaykh Qaradawi, is that the Hudud are being enforced before the conditions for their application are met. The first goal of Muslims is to establish true Islam, and then they can apply Sharia with the Hudud. Muhammad fully established Islam in Medina, with its rules for social and economic justice, before ruling the hands of thieves were to be cut off. The Quran states in 2:43 that "prayers are to be conducted and charity is to be given" in the Muslim society, and this refers to establishing true Islam. If this is done in equity, with money taken from the rich and given to the poor, and opportunities for employment given to all, there will be no need for the thief to steal. When a wealthy merchant informed the Caliph Umar that he wanted to cut off the hand of his slave because the slave had stolen his camel, Umar replied, "Had you properly fed and cared for your slave, he would not have needed to steal your camel. Go and meet his needs as his master, or I'll cut off your hand!" Islamic justice must first be established in Muslim countries, and then the Hudud can be applied.

Dr. Qaradawi followed this with an anecdote from an eighth century scholar in Basra, Iraq, named Imam Hasan al-Basri. During one of Hasan's sermons, a clamor arose in the street. When Hasan asked what the noise was about, he was informed that a thief had been arrested. Hasan commented, "So the thief who steals secretly (the government official) has arrested the thief who stole openly." Corrupt businessmen today, noted Qaradawi, who are close to Arab rulers and who steal millions from the national treasury are not prosecuted, whereas an unemployed laborer who steals to feed his family is punished.

It is also important, added Shaykh Qaradawi, to be sure that the accused really is guilty before applying the punishments of Hudud. For the ruler to err by granting pardon to a guilty man is better than his erring by punishing a man who was in fact innocent.

"That all sounds fine," responded moderator Uthman, "But are Sharia and the Hudud really applicable in the 21st century?"

Scholars have argued across the centuries, replied Dr. Qaradawi, whether Allah ordained the Hudud as a deterrent to crime or a purification for crimes committed. In reality they are both. They are a purification and a motivation for the individual who has been punished not to repeat his crime, and they provide a deterrent to others who see the severe punishment meted out upon the criminal. Some people argue that the Hudud of Sharia are overly severe, but what is the alternative? The alternative in civil law is imprisonment, but in reality prison is neither a deterrent nor a punishment. Many thieves who go to prison are released only to repeat their crimes. Even worse, they meet criminals in prison who teach them to become experts in crime. The individual with a high school education in crime gets his BA in prison, and the criminal with a BA gets his PhD! They meet people in prison with 50 years of criminal experience, and learn all the tricks of the trade. The thief who goes to prison because he stole a sheep learns how to steal the whole herd.

The Islamic law of corporal punishment is more severe, but more effective. The basic principle is that the individual must know that if he or she commits the crime the punishment will follow. The Caliph Umar said, "The punishment is only to be given to the person who knew it was coming." If the society does not know the difference between what is Hilal and Haram (right and wrong) in Islam, society must be taught.

Many people do not understand the principle behind the Hudud. They think, for example, that a man who commits fornication should be punished. But Sharia states that he is only to be punished if he does this flagrantly and openly with four witnesses. If a man commits fornication privately and seeks Allah's forgiveness, he does not need to be punished. But if there are four witnesses who testify before a judge that the man committed fornication, he is to be lashed. This is the punishment for a man who has sex with an unmarried woman; if she is married and there are four witnesses they are to be stoned to death.

When Islam has been established in the society, the rules of Hudud are to be strictly enforced. After the Prophet established Islam in Arabia, he commanded that a woman from the Beni Makhzum tribe should have her hand cut off because she had stolen. Her tribe sent spokesman Usamah bin Zayid to plead for mercy for her. Muhammad became angry and demanded, "Are you asking me not to apply the punishment that Allah has commanded? Are we to perish like those before us, who punished only the weak and did not punish the strong? I swear by Allah that if my own daughter Fatimah committed theft, I myself would cut off her hand."

The moderator next asked if the rulings for Hudud were only in the Quran, or were also found in other sources. Dr. Qaradawi replied that many were also located in the Hadith and the Sunnah, the sayings and life examples of Muhammad. The difference is that punishments not specified in the Quran are open to Ijtihad. As an example, the Quran forbids the drinking of alcohol, but does not specify the punishment for imbibing. Some scholars ruled that the punishment for drinking alcohol was 80 lashes, but others said 60 and still others 40. Some scholars, on the other hand, believe that the punishment for drinking alcohol should be merely a slap or a fine.

Capital punishment for the crime of Ridda, or leaving Islam, is also specified not in the Quran but in the Sunnah. Many people know the Hadith narrated by Ikrima, "The Prophet said, If a Muslim leaves Islam, kill him," but there are many similar Hadiths. Abdallah narrated, "The blood of a Muslim can only be shed in three cases: if they commit murder, adultery, or leave Islam."

Abu Musa recounted that after Muhammad sent him to Yemen as a governor, the Prophet sent Muadh bin Jabal to assist him in his duties. As Muadh rode into Abu Musa's court, he saw a man bound hand and foot as a prisoner. Before Muadh dismounted from his horse, he inquired why the man was bound and was informed he was a Jew who had become a Muslim and then left Islam. Muadh refused to get off his horse until the man was killed, saying, "I will not sit with you until he is killed in accordance with the decree of Allah and his Apostle." Only after he was killed would Muadh dismount and sit with Abu Musa.

The Quran also indicates the death penalty is to be applied for those who leave Islam, said Dr. Qaradawi. Sura Maidah (Quran 5:54) says that if Muslims leave Islam, Allah himself will bring people to fight against them. The meaning of this verse is thatRidda is to be resisted in the strongest possible terms, especially when it is a community or society that is turning away from Islam.

The interview concluded with Dr. Qaradawi giving his opinion on various details of Hudud; should the hand of a thief be cut off at the wrist or the elbow? The Shaykh says it is the wrist.

Nama sebenar Masjid kat Seksyen 14 is Masjid Tun Abdul Aziz but nama glamournya memang Madjis Bulat.
Masjid Bulat ni... selalu jadi landmark for me to explain kalau ada sedara or friends yang sesat nak datang ke rumah... apa2 hal suruh cari Masjid Bulat. heheheh

eh eh Syawal??? eleh alang sampai hujung weekend ni pun ada yang menjemput makan2 lagi... haaa.. ;)

so anyways, bulan Syawal ni.. Ayu hanya keluar rumah 7 kali je. hahahahaha....

Jemputan memang banyak.. but macam biasa, priority mesti family.. memang ayu tak berjanji dengan sesiapa pun.. semua bergantung pada keadaan.

Keadaan traffic... and keadaan kesihatan ibu saya. Yes, i tag her along merata kalau ada invite.

12th Syawal.....

Its a raya makan merangkap house warming rumah sepupu saya...

mom was fasting sunat syawal waktu ni.. and her condition selepas kes ragut tu, bukanlah sihat sangat... but kerana nak berjumpa sedara yang sangat lama dia tak berjumpa.. digagahi jugak diri dia.. siap bekal kurma segala.. and kami gerak dari rumah pun timing make sure sampai almost maghrib.

sebab kan puasa sunat... tak elok la kalau dah tau puasa but berjalan jugak ke rumah orang.. banyak invite saya tak dapat attend sebab perkara ni... :)

seronok betul dengar macam2 updates and progress masing2.
walau jauh... ada FB yang buat kan we all banyak catch up dengan life masing2...

baik buruk atau baik... sedih atau gembira..
itulah life... the real life..

dulu masa sekolah...updates tanya pasal result lah.. sekolah bagus ke tidak lah...
lepas tu masa uni tanya berapa tahun lagi habis etc etc etc

Pernah kita kena kenang perubahan kita sendiri? Which I'm sure ada sebab and puncanya sendiri.

All in all.. No one is perfect.
And everything happens for a reason.
Saya sendiri... Banyaaaaaakkkkk sangaaaaattttttt assume and menganalisa manusia2 kesayangan sekeliling saya.

But at the end of the day.. When I finish my prayers, I lift my hand again and pray the very best for them.

apa baby shower ni actually?

kalau yang sebenarnya... it's like lenggang perut versi modern la... but, yang we all buat ni, lebih kepada get together and the happiness berkumpul beramai.... meraikan baby yang bakal lahir.. and also mummy nya yang bakal meletop.

bezanya jugak, baby shower selalu jarang orang buat surprise... tapi dengan kak red memang kena buat surprise.. kang dia lak contribute lebih2.. sudahnya kang jadi majlis we all lak. #eh

idea asalnya... memang kami GBM ada bincang nak throw Kak Red baby shower ni. but it was a later plan after her birthday, makan puasa and raya. along the way, I was approached by Kak Liza and Mulan offering their participation siap venue lagi. yes, both of them.

Kak Red's birthday, puasa month and raya.. is a total goner for all of us. bukan jer redmummy herself packed busy and dilanda macam2 gundah gulana... tak ada langsung timing yang matching for us. so, we're left with her baby shower which we plan to sekali harungkan dengan celebrations yang lain.dah alang2 kan?

tengah2 Ayu berbincang bukak mulut with GBM... on venue (sebab both Kak Liza & Mulan offer rumah) and how to strategies the surprise..sekali Kak Red throw an email wanting us to join her kat Mek T... dahhhhhh sudahhhhh... tarikh lak sama on 2nd Oct.

terus we all tak banyak fikir.. Mulan's house is definitely yang paling strategic. Kita ni dah lah host bersama... takkan GBM nak main lepas je kat Mulan/Kak Liza handle things sendiri2.. mana boleh... isk. So, Mulan's at Bukit Jalil adalah sesuai dengan MekT at Puchong. ok. date settle. venue settle. MekT settle. #eh.

maka bermulalah email yang berlimpah ruah mengalahkan email office setiap hari or almost everyday membincangkan hal ni. especially on jemputan.

itu, memang main person si Rose & si Yanok.

orang lain tukang sampuk jer... officialnya adalah dari mereka... (even some I got feedback not through them..)

yang lawak... everything went smooth sailing..

Kak Liza: Akak lunch dengan Kak Red ni.... berdebar...

sekali..... akibat terlalu banyak sangat behind the scene BBM Group... Ayu boleh terlepas kat group yang ada kak red.. "pagi tu pergi rumah Mulan dulu"

and kak red tanya.."kenapa Mulan buat makan2 tak jemput akak?? sentap niiiiiiii"

DANG!!!!!

semua pun bergelimpangan cover and nasib we all baik dia tengah mamai bangun tidur... so, we made it through.

Eventnya on Sunday... But me personally and i'm sure the rest as well been really crazy running here and there since Friday! Macam Ayu the whole week.. macam ada bisul ok.. Ahad tu baru bisul tu pecah. legaaaaa... ;)

Sabtu tu, siap Sid and my friend datang lagi menyiapkan final touch apa yang patut... :)

So on Sunday... GBM memang kena ada kat rumah Mulan belah pagi untuk help setting up and rushed to MekT and back to Mulan's soonest possible tunggu guest and buat apa patut sesambil inform Sirman and Q him to come.

yang perlu normal adalah Rose.. if not nampak sangat lah semua GBM cabut lari kan?

jadi pagi ahad tu.. berbondonglah kami to Mulan's. Set up banner, diaper cake, door gifts and corsage, games item, kids item and refreshments.

selesai semua... kami pun bergegas to MekT...kena tunjuk muka cepat2... sebab nanti nak blah awal. nak tukar baju lagi.

seriusly, sangat potong mood... sebab kita dah plan semua sama2 kan... tak best lah... but nevermind.. manalah kita nak tau nak jadi macam tu kan? ini hari Kak Liza.. hari lain, maybe kena kat kita pulak... Hope semuanya dah OK... :)

then, baru dia sedar muka2 a few yang ada sama kat MekT pun ada... and also some faces yang dia sangat recognise... yelah, its a close event..
takkan nak buat surprise we all je kan? kena la ada tetamu..

tak buang masa... we presented her the diaper cake.. a gift from all of us the organizer.. :) for the baby.
and also gift yang guest bawak for baby... nama pun baby shower.. mestilah ada hadiah for baby kan?

then, agenda utama which is makan pun bermula....
tengah2 makan tu, we distributed a quiz form for games... lawak gila.. jawapan masing2 menyebabkan ayu curiga kesetiaan derang ni membaca redmummy.com . hahaha...

usai quiz tu... kita layan baby BINGO. percaya atau tidak... ni lah permainan BINGO paling bising pernah ayu organize. orang kalau main bingo senyap je concentrate. dengan crowd that day.. siap marah tukang game lagik... grrrrrr...

Kemeriahan 5 Syawal...

As stated in my FB status... 5th Syawal baru lah saya and family nak menyibuk keluar dari rumah beraya.

uiii dia punya excited tu..semacam. haha. macam budak2 kan? bukan apa... lama kulit tak kena matahari. eh..

so anyways, on the way nak keluar tu, mom decided us to stop at me & my sis's guru mengaji house dulu. All of us calls her, Mak Andak.

Kami tak lama pun kat sini. Yang penting, datang beraya mohon kemaafan dan bertanya khabar. Seriusly, ilmu yang Mak Andak bagi to us.. priceless.

Buang tepi yang lain, ilmu tu sendiri. Mak Andak ni lah yang kenalkan Ayu huruf2 jawi, yang mengajar Ayu mad dan tajwid Al-Quran, yang mengajar basic Fardhu Ain dan mengajar adab2 and basic Islamic ethics.
Dan Mak Andak jugaklah yang bagi saya exposure berzanji dan bernasyid.

Well, semua benda ada permulaannya kan?
Semua ilmu basic agama saya..selain dirumah, di rumah Mak Andak ni lah permulaannya..

tengok and attend anak2 saudara saya seorang demi seorang got hitched ni.. i am so proud of them.

i mean, saya membesar bersama dan mereka membesar di hadapan saya. Seeing them all grown up and moving up to next level facing and taking the challenge in life.. nothing more i could ask for but pray to Allah to always bless them and my family always and forever, insyaAllah. Amin.

Majlis ni simple jer. Tapi meriah sangat. All of us had so much fun. Its full of laughter and happiness.

Yelah, musim beraya kan? macam simple open house pun ye lah jugak. Rombongan pihak lelaki pun sampai almost 24 orang rasanya.. ke lebih? ke kurang? but gitulah.. :)

Hantaran, 3 berbalas 5 termasuk cincin pertunangan.. :)

lebih kurang selesai majlis Yaya, me & mom terus ke area Ampang Ulu Kelang pulak.

Menziarahi yang sakit sekaligus beraya.
Actually masa dekat2 penghujung Ramadhan tu, kami sekeluarga kehilangan seorang ahli keluarga kami. Sedara sebelah arwah nenek.

Jadi masa funeral tu, salah seorang dari adik beradik arwah, siap dibawa dari hospital dalam keadaan yang kami sekeluarga pun terkejut tengok.
Sebabnya, dia yang kami kenal sihat and active. Bila tengok keadaan nya bertiub sana sini... alahai...

So, dah kebetulan keluar, mom kata, mari lah singgah melawat...

next, beraya kat rumah my friend pulak. Aunty masak nasi lemak. saya main cuit2 ajelah ye.. because, the sambal memang a must to makan. even hanya meratah.. sambal Aunty memang tak boleh nak ditolak.. itu sudah pasti.

kami tak boleh lama kat situ.. mom's mobile dah berdering2 sebab ada orang nak datang beraya at our house.
kesian my sis & BIL..kelam kelibut lah derang kat rumah tu siapkan apa yang patut.. yelah, we all kan dah keluar dah pagi..

meriah sangat.
rasa macam tak pijak tanah pun ye..

Hari Malaysia disambut pada 16 September setiap tahun untuk memperingati penubuhan persekutuan Malaysia di tarikh yang sama pada tahun 1963. Ia menandakan penyertaan bersama Tanah Melayu, Borneo Utara (kini Sabah), Sarawak dan Singapura bagi membentuk Malaysia.

i'm such a typical person ok. kalau dulu.. orang ajak pergi lepak kopitiam.. terus TING! kemaman kopitiam.

lepas pada tu kemaman kopitian kat area rumah ni dah melingkup.. kalau orang ajak pergi kopitam.. TING! Old Town White Coffe..

lepas tu lama2 bukan main beranak pinak lagi macam2 kopitiam kat muka bumi ni..

and so i was introduced pulak dengan satu port kopitam yang lain.. Downtown Coffee & Tea...

dari segi ambiance, types of food segala.. adalah lebih kurang sama je..
but one thing about kopitam ni.. kalau nak test dia best ke tidak..
you kena try;
1. white coffee
2. teh tarik
3. cendol
4. roti bakar
5. nasi lemak
6. asam laksa

kalau kesemua di atas tekak boleh terima and ada rasa.. ok pass!
bertahan lamalah kopitiam tersebut.
hehehe

siapa ajar?
sendiri buat analisa. :P

so that evening saya mencuba...

sedap ok.

as for me, i like the teh tarik so much. maaf lah ye.. i am not a coffee person.. so, sebab tu saya tak order coffee. teh tarik dia tak manis sangat and kaw! sedapppp.....

ibuku seperti biasa... will cooked makanan yang digemari oleh si penyambut birthday. jadi nampak macam makanan hari raya kan?
